Saif Kidwai

An expert within the People space having had the very unique experience at working at the very highest level on both sides of the fence - building and selling a global award winning recruitment agency Digital Gurus headquartered in London as well as serving as Chief People Officer & Investor for Eyewa, the fastest growing on channel company in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Having been through the journey of scaling a company from series B, C and beyond to more than 10x growth, hiring 1000+ people in 2 years and opening nearly 100 stores, Saif is an expert at building exceptional teams, HR processes, retention, talent attraction, learning & development and culture building. It culminated in eyewa being awarded ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in Saudi, UAE, Kuwait & Bahrain for 2023. 

Saif is also an active investor in the GCC startup space and is always looking to meet ambitious entrepreneurs.

Abdul -Rahman Risilia 

An industry veteran with a wealth of experience in talent advisory, with a specialisation in recruitment, staff retention and talent acquisition strategy.

A visionary and business strategist, Abdul-Rahman emerged as a strong advocate for the HR/talent advisory / embedded solutions business model and believes it to be the only sustainable way for the recruitment industry moving forward.

Some of these successes include him becoming a certified trainer in recruitment processes and training 770 talent partners and also running some of the largest recruitment companies globally in including 180 consultants for Randstad, Australia.

Abdul-Rahman’s success as a talent partner has seen him personally place 100’s of senior candidates, while his teams have placed 1000’s since his career in leadership roles begun. As impressive as those numbers are, however, they do not constitute his biggest achievement. The highlight of his career is seeing many of his team members grow, develop, and mature into influential senior leaders in the industry. This is something he will look proudly back at with the knowledge that he was able to do for them what his mentors had done for him.
